Description

Prevent errnous behavior if source controls are still updating while graph update is called.

Actually this problem is most often happens if the Apply button is pressed before all Server/Db/mask/item are completely updated (but partly already did). To get this effect for sure, just need to connect to ADEI trough USA/Russia and fast click apply after changing server.
